There is an item called Dust and it's not only a support item, also you play Riki, you really shouldn't be afraid of Sniper but if you are then please delete the game. You clearly have not learned anything from your 170 games and you are just smashing some buttons on your keyboard and expect some results

Your win rate suggests that there's alot more wrong with your play, beyond a lack of dust. Even if shadow blade got removed or changed, your poorly thought out riki build would still secure you your low 34% win rate. You need to focus on your own play and try some other easier heroes, probably supports. As a carry, you are proving to be often detrimental to your team.
No I'm not, I have an above average KDA for my hero. Average Riki KDA = 2.9, my KDA = 3.1))
If we're talking about averages, you win a lot less games than the average Riki. Average win rate: 52%, You: 34%. That's even after you've played 151 games, which means you should have some more "experience" than most Riki players, however this is not evident by your winrate
I made it a point to download and watch one of his games.. He is a nut really.. He is probably 500 MMR and will never climb out.. He is not a troll.. He is actually unimaginably bad and dumb..

And then I can finally go back to US East server? For some reason it's really common in US east for everyone to pick Sniper, and it's gg after they get shadow blade.
