Hi Caesar,
First of all you'll have to decide if you're going to play Quas Wex or Quas Exort Invoker. You should choose either one of these when the draft of the game is done.
You should keep in mind things like who you're up against mid / if you're having a push line up / possible sunstrike combo's / if you need teamfight early on / if they have a lot of str heroes who suck without mana.
Mid game depends on skillbuild really. If you're playing QW Invoker I'd suggest get phase urn orchid and start roaming with ghost walk having coldsnap ready and walking around with 3 wex balls for MS to get solo pickoffs. You'll be creating space for your team. Before you'll get your items have tornado emp and teleport ready if enemy team's pushing one of your towers. Simply TP in and rape their asses.
If you're playing Exort I'd suggest try to help your team with sunstrike kills and farm mid and jungle in the meanwhile; splitpush when your team is pushing towers or join them if shit hits the van. With exort teamfights early game is harder on lower levels cause you'll only get to throw in spirits, coldsnap and if you're lucky a good suntrike.
It's never good to do nothing.

i suck at invo.. mostly have good starting game; solo mid kills, sunstrike kills okish cs but always end up losing the game after getting rekt mid and late game!!
wut should i do mid game? farm all over? look for kills/ganks?? push??? teamfight???,,, always end up doin only one thing or sometimes nothing!! wut are some good mid game combos?? just using basic eul combo, tornado mateor combo, etc... i start falling off mid game?? need help!
