I do break down each jukespot invidually and demonstrating each jukepath individually for easier understanding.
No one can remember the juke path if all the jukespots are shown to you at once. No one eats a pizza without cutting it up right?
Showing solely in a video form in not effective.
The approach in my app is to break it down in multiple perspective in 1)gameplay view 2)aerial view 3)video for easier memorisation of the jukepath.

It's better to cut that very small tree a little bit above. It's not trivial, but it opens up a path.
