Play to get better, not to win.
If you ask about losestreaks especially, just play it through and try your best to win. Don't look at teamates. If you feel like you're starting to tilt just take a break from the game, and do your school assignments or stuff like that.

Please tell me there is a series of victories, all is well, as soon as I see that we can not win, morale drops, the brain says, to do garbage and start to lose even more than previously won it some cycle, tell me how to remove it.
