The huge int boost is kind of wasted on Pudge.

But with 2 seconds root at 1000 range, it's guaranteed Hook...

You don't need a guarunteed hook. Just get good.

why would you get a guaranteed hook for 3k gold when you can get blink for 2k and be way scarier

60% slow is/was also a guaranteed hook, didn't see anyone building that.
