I think high skill is around 3200 MMR and Very High around 3700. Best(fastest) way to get there is to abuse flavor of the month and "in-meta heroes".

Because many people have asked this same question again and again before you will ask of all the question, this damn "How to get to HS or VHS", Many people have already been so irritated with those type of person because they are too lazy to work their way to get to VHS bracket with their own hand and instead asked those VHS if there is an easy way to get there.
