I max blink strike cuz on a 4 second cd u can do this thing where u don't need to be tanky with evasion cuz u can kite a lot and jump in and out of fights, it makes pa feels so mobile and fluid, especially with phase.
u dagger, blink in and burst someone down with a crit, then phase boots out as they approach.
ur team initiates and u back off a bit, kite with dagger, then jump back in on a target running away or who is close to dying.
u repeat a lot, using ur mobility and slow to pick off certain targets, its like a true assassin.
