bloodthorn is the most expensive item in the game , why not if youre stomping the enemy team lul
Juggernaut makes excellent use of Bloodthorn. If not for the damage then it may be used to stop an enemy from saving himself/allies such as Dazzle's Grave, Shadow Demon's Disruption, etc. Or maybe just stop a guy from getting away with escape mechanisms.
Be wary of including the silence into your gameplan, it may get dispelled. And ofcourse, it won't stop players from getting Glimmer/Ghost Scepter/Eul's/Lotus. But if you were to make your enemies invest that much into defensive items, the tradeoff is not bad by any means.
It's great but situational
very good counter against certain heroes that relies on skills to escape
But the higher the level of games you won't get to use it often
so rushing it as core is bad
