So I'm doing an assignment for computers atm and it's on the different success of different builds for select heroes (at the moment I'm trying Spectre cause she's probs my best hero) and unfortunately we have to do it on Excel. The idea I had was to do a rating of sorts similar to that of the True Sight rating, except on many different aspects of the success of the builds and compare them later on. Though I don't know how Dotkabuff gets the ratings or how it works at all, any help would be greatly appreciated.
