yea simple answer is that the moment you launch the game steam auto update / download other game happen to me alot just check it when u launch dota go back to steam thro overlay then click start or start stright if u using borderless window mod.

so I'm living here in Qatar with 25mbps internet speed. Recently the region selection is showing that my SEA ping is 130 ping(last year it was just 80-100 ping), but whenever i go in-game the ping suddenly goes from 250-400 ping. Now, i want to ask, is there any solution for this?
btw i can play at EUW with 140-160 ping but i prefer playing with 135 ping below
