drink lot of water should solve ur problem. ur body is dehydrate through long hour of sitting and masturbating.
happens to me too
idk could be the opposite of physical activity where u sweat to cool ur body off, since ur just sitting in front of ur pc completely still ur brain probably thinks ur a corpse so it heats shit up to ensure u arent dead
Drink more water,stay hydrated.
I will have the feeling when I 'excited' like I make a super performance like dodged alot of skill in a row/go in and out battlefield, rampage and outplay enemies so much ect.
or
Win a super close call game by myself carried whole team.
Normally when I heat up I will be having performance that better then normal.
My heart races when playing an intense game of dota. Where every mistake you make can cost you the game. Where you have to carry your team. And get all hyped up xD
So probably adrenaline?
obviously, intense games require more brain
which requires more energy, for that your body needs to pick up so you start heating up.
I remember sweating under the A/C when both teams were ratting and we won by destroying enemy ancient 0.1 second before losing ours. (It was a noob LP game and i solo carried)
I also sweat when I'm trying hard to get good but offlane duo shits on me and I know It's going to be an ugly game if I don't get farm.
this is 100% normal or at least also happens to me
yes you heat up while playing dota, significantly
your under stress( its fun stress) and during that your body expends more energy. Does not compare to actual physical activity in terms of energy consumption but your still burning more. Don't forget most people playing are in a computer room that is shut off with little air flow. Computers (gaming rigs esp.) use up lots of energy and have insane amounts of excessive heat. Playing for a few hours in a closed room with littel air flow can raise the temp by 6 degrees C. or so.
just a guess...
yes but suprisingly i get hungry far less when im playing nonstop, one would think that brain would require lots of energy like during physical exercise but it doesn't seem to be the case
I have the same problem when I play for too long. I just tested today, and I literally go to 40 degrees. O.o I think I will start using air conditioning.

^ affirmative. I get that heaty feeling whenever I'm concentrating intensely both for dota and even piano.
Actually you DO get more hungry, but your brain doesn't realize it because you are so into the game.
I love playing super late game (+60) minutes, because the outcome of the game gets more unpredictable lul
