they should make this for all games

loss= -25
and for every report u lose 2 points

And regarding main topic, no, they don't take more than they give. Usually, it's between +-23 to +-28 MMR, with outliers like the random +-30. This excludes the rank double downs btw. You more or less will win, or lose, 25 MMR per match.
