i think the aggro is 2.5 sec duration.
there are different ways to abuse the cd. the one that comes in my mind is : a click the enemy outside of aggro range, then run to him and attack him. this is more beneficial for ranged heroes as u can a click out of 500 range and just let ur hero get to the attack range and auto attack in that 2.5 sec window without drawing aggro and taking creep damage. another way is phase boot on melee heroes. phase move from outside aggro range and u have the aggro cd amount of time window to freely attack.
another one is knowing when u fuck up the aggro, not trying it until 2.5 secs later cuz it wont aggro and u'll be wasting ur time trying
another one is if the enemy creeps and hero are on low ground, if u aggro near ur range creep, they'll aggro u cuz ur range creep gives a small vision area near it when it attacks the low ground targets.
another one is the exact scenario above, but this time DONT stay near any unit on high ground that's attacking low ground. now aggro. if the enemy creeps aggro u it means enemy has a ward that sees u on ur high ground. if not he doesnt
I tried it hard on demo mode and its somwhere near 1.5s-2.5s . Its hard to find it actually .
Though @5-meo-dmt the last two are quite good for mid . Especially last one .

I heard something about it in a mid lane guide . Hit ur opponent after 1 sec of aggroing the enemy creeps to be efficient . I get what the guide means but what exactly is this creep aggro cooldown . How much is its duration .
