pick early but make sure u have good support who knows pull timings and basic laning mechanics; the reason u wanna pick early is to give ur carries last picks
pango is very tanky in lane and will not denied to hell, he just needs a good support and as long as he isnt against something broken like undying or bristleback he will not lose the lane.

Practice = master. At some point you will reach the level where you stomp the shit out of most of the lanes you meet, no mather what hero you play, aslong as you learn from your plays.

Also, you have 63 % winrate with the hero, thats good man :) i see that you have lost 3 games in a row, but hey shit happens.

Well i cant choose my teammates and in losing situation i tend to struggle becouse pango need some farm and exp for being effective.
I tend to max first ability for farming now for this problem but its wrong and i know...
What to do when my teammate is roaming or picked a bad support?
Jungle?

Play a lot of pango cause its fun,not cause hes op or meta. the thing with pang is that he does so well early, or if not can flashfarm like its nothing but can’t really end the game on his own. Focus on clearing waves I get a lot of mana, ussually arcanes and mael are my first 2 items. You can even get javelin before boots if the lane is easy. Also soul ring is good, but I ussually pair it im my hood of defiance games to offset hp loss. Also blink is super good. From here I have multiple builds.
1. Procs for days( diffu mkb)
2. Team player (guardian greaves, pipe, crimson )
3. Radiance (yeah I said it, you’re rich af anyways and sliding in and out of fights, might as well burn some fools)
4: shotgun pango ( dagon for fun)

You also don’t need a dedicated lane support. If you’re shut down literally just don’t die. Freefarm for their carry is better than freefarm plus feeding. Wait for the wave to come to you or make it come to you. Don’t use swash if you can die in its cooldown. Use sheild crash to secure ranged cs and trade with less damage taken. Save up for your flashfarming mid game, I’ve had horrible games with pango but if theres two things that are consistent are waveclear and I’ve had fun. So you will never be useless. For his skills, just play a lot and you will get better at rolling and swash

stout tango salve mango-stick(if needed)-aquila-phase(if win lane,if not just normal boots)-javelin-diffu-mael/basher-basher/mael-linken-abyssal

that's some standard solo carrying build,with no aura stuff(forget your team)
eul after difu if vs silences,can go shiva(1st)+dagger if vs tinker after linken
put bkb in between if you really need it,usually you dont need since you just roll around for 8s and enemy cds are dead already + you will be aiming hteir support first with diffusal

Yeah eul for dispel I forgot, also the tripple stun on a solo target trick with no wall, just blink and eul. M the thing about phase, id rather have mana for more swash than ms boost and some right click damage. Maybe with a CM? Even still I might go treads. Kotl is a godlike partner btw. In this case: mana boots>phase for damage, pango NEEDS mana and he loses when he ignores that. I also build what I feel I need, if a zeus will just burst me before I do my shit, a pipe is worth more than any MKB. Itemising isn’t strict with pango, sing sing literally broke all his items once and played for 15 more minutes to prove how good pangos skills were. Thats a bit exaggerated but it proves a point.

just buy clarities and take manaregen talent

you wont be needing any mana with aquila manaregen+clarity

if you still need just go buy raindrop and combo with those 2

I think ever since basher and mkb nerf , pango is best played as tank so yea, vanguard, arcane, javelin for flash farm. From there make tanker item like crimson, guardian greaves. I try this and seems more consistent from normal javelin diffu build.

yea i always splitpush&farm with this guy and solo kills lots of people with my ult,its rare that i join midgame fights unless they are pushing a tower and i got 4 of my friends and i got my first big item alrd(javelin&diffu)
problem is i have 0 building damage until i get linken or maybe even more item than that,that's why winning is so hard even tho you got lots of kills
also u cant rs solo even with team its slow unless you have ta or something
just always remember have clarity on your backpack
