Mischief can dodge his ulti.
You can trade with Huskar and if Huskar isn't careful, you can heal off his DoT.
Despite being melee, you have above normal range and better attack animation than Huskar, and until Huskar has enough attack speed (and low enough HP) to make up the difference, he can't contest you. However, if Huskar is constantly walking around with low HP, you can threaten to kill him instantly with your Q. Thus, LHs and DNs with a QB should be easy.
Viper
Your W breaks Huskar's passive. Without it, Huskar isn't a hero. This means his kill potential at L6 vs. you is much lower than vs. other heroes.
Burning spears does less damage due to corrosive and lowers Huskar's attack speed in return. This makes Huskar's passive less effective at contesting creeps.
Both of the above reasons allow you to safely trade with Huskar, as long as you remember to buy a few clarity and salve.
clinkz is hard counter coz srafe dodges his attacks (you dont get burned by spears when he is low hp trading) and huskar has shit armor btw
Shadow demon actually works great. If huskar continues to chase you he'll eventually get 5 poison stacks which has a big chance to kill him since he's already low. SD also got buffed in 7.21 with poison manacost being lower.
I just created a thread like this a month ago. Through other suggestions and trial and error. Clinkz is the strongest so far.
Huskar dominates viper but you're not allowed to pounce on viper because of nethertoxin so little kill potential mk is bad as well.
A good huskar player can lane against a viper because of how high huskars regen is but viper should win the matchup more often than not and viper just makes the game a lot harder for huskar
MK is a pretty good counter, even if huskar has 1st skill it doesn't really change the situation, huge burst dmg doesn't allow him to use his passive at its full potential, also mischief grants you ability to dodge his ulti along with his fire spears. If huskar fights MK he dies, if he doesn't he dies that's how it works.
Tinker is decent, if he runs at you just laser him
Impossible to win this lane with Tinker. Laser is 17-20 sec CD for a 3 sec blind.
Sniper is free win mid versus Huskar, just go 2-3-2-3-3.
huskars an annoying lane for tinker. best case scenario is farm trade until 6+sr then shoving the wave and jungling forever
Razor could do well but it’s not a complete stomp by any means, you still have to play it smartly to win the mid matchup
You don't have to win your lane vs huskar, but dazzle, clinkz maybe lone druid should do fine. After playing a few games against him with invoker, sf this kinda felt successful. all I do is make sure my mid tower doesn't die. I just meteor/nuke the wave and go jungle, then the other wave just drag aggro to the side if ur invoker or nuke it again, u lose usually 1 creep if ur invoker, but that kinda doesn't matter as u kill the jungle camp which compensates for xp and gold and on the upcoming wave u nuke it again. It's only harder on the first few levels to lane vs him. Also this should work for invoker, sf, ta, dusa. Make sure u don't fuck up on ur first lvl's or the lane will become harder, ur just fine by getting xp early, don't fucking die to him.

clinx wr lina all pickable. otherwise u just pick a hero like sf who can nuke the wave and jungle and just dodge the huskar matchup entirely.
his lane is really strong but the hero isnt too broken, you can certainly deal with him midgame if you play it right.

Lol, my hero. I keep spamming this shit coz he is fvckin strong with only armlet and bracers. I always ban viper or clinkz. Fvckin annoying counters.
How to counter ulhuskar mid,
Step 1: don't die
Step 2: out cs huskar
Step 3: win the game
Step 4: Congratulations you have countered huskar mid

Because Huskar atm is like old Brood, if no counters are picked and you have mid last pick its GG.
If your team doesn't have last pick and you didn't baned Huskar you gonna have a bad time.

How do u counter a fukin huskar mid? Its so stupid laning against him and im sick of it. The only way to get rid of huskar is to ban him now im so mad :(
