Pick Lesh

Is your enemy core on the lane range? aggro the creeps, denny your ranged, lh their range with stun (either fake it to discourage the enemy, or stun him and take the lh). take lvl 2 first with 2 ranged creeps denny, and run down the enemy lane under their tower. You won the lane

Is your enemy core on the lane meele? do the same as above, but everytime he goes for a LH, fake a stun (or stun + nuke if he actually commit). Your attack range is absurd and your bat is really high, just keep nuking the enemy out of lane (Be aware cuz this will cause at least one rotation, probably by tp or smoke so don't trust your wards so badly.) Survive the rotation, call for your team to make pressure on the lane that just rotated to yours, make them lose time, when stabilized nuke the enemy core out of the lane again. You won the lane.

After laning stage, just keep farming, always making the creep wave, at least on your lane, push to the tower so you have advantage on information over the enemy. 1 control item for stun connection and you have a pretty good setup for mid-game. Atos + eul's is the ultimate mid game build, + greaves if u are fed. After that just make survivability (ghost, bkb, shivas, be creative here) (ALWAYS BKB BEFORE GHOST, plox)

as for tricks, lesh is pretty straight forward, the only thing you can do wrong is really miss your stun and positioning your self REALLY bad, i mean, you will have to be in the middle of the team fight to dish enormous dps, but you have to know when to walk back and reset the TF if needed. Some people play lesh as if he was a mars, once you enter the TF you never leave anymore, but lesh works wonders with TF resets, since your edict's have such a low cooldown and you have one of the most amazing movespeeds of the game.

For landing stun, before you have your set up item, 80% on lane I assume, the most important thing really is timing the stun with Last hits, its always the granted way. And if people are ganking your lane with control, never be the one to initiate, no need to kill a gank just to try to first stun the enemy.

learn to toggle the ulti for extra damage. in short, the ulti does damage immediately when you active it, but takes an extra second to do another damage instance. if you constantly turn it on and off, it drains a lot of mana, but it also does double the damage.

@feachairu to me, you should spam the ult toggling when trying to burst people down really fast, whenever you can hit 3+ heroes (2+ if you are smoke ganking, fighting 5x4 in favor or your team and things like this) and whenever you feel that you will die without dishing all your mana out...
