Weirdly all the annoying heros have good lines. Tinker, Timbersaw, Techies all have good lines. Clockwerk, Kunkka, Troll Warlord, Ogre Magi, Keeper of the Light, Gyrocopter and Storm Spirit also have good voice lines imo
