use minoxidil in your beard till you have a viking beard, shave your head.
Don't fight against genetics
Thats genetics bro. You cant do much about it . Accept that and live your life..there are more immportant things in life than losing hair.
Well I'm 29 at almost Norwood 3, first off, right off the bat, check how much hair loss you've lost.
If you're beyond norwood 3 or 4 you might as well give up and start to shave, since it'll never look good no amount of product.
Finasteride is useful for growing the vertex back but you might want to dial it down to half the prescription since you're only 20 and your Androgens are barely even there. Not to mention it might fuck your prostate in the long run (all of the meds right now are of continual use). A ketoconazole shampoo will help you for dandruff (which believe it or not is inflamation on your scalp), so you might want to do a full change of your shampoo, your meds, intake more Vitamin D, biotin and protein.
There's no fighting baldness though, it's on your genes, but you can slow it down until you accept you're gonna have to go bald eventually, like a lot of us.
EDIT: For my case I slowed it down quite a lot considering I still got a head full of hair on 29 but the whole point of my post is that you're gonna go bald eventually since it's a genetic trait.
I need to stress out that if you take a considerable amount of Finasteride for YEARS you might develop a bigger chance to benign or malign PROSTATE cancer which will you. Even if you don't take it there's still that problem on people with 5 alpha-reductase type 2 deficiency. So be careful if you're willing to gamble hair for possible health problems on the long run. (Most studies show that after 7 years 53% of the patients have at least a sideeffect of some sort by taking meds, but sometimes not big though).
Can't fight it, if you grow bald embrace it, dont try to hide it or run around with like 50% hair, just shave it off.
Before oyu shave it off though you need to grow a beard. Preferably also go to the gym.
What would you rather be;
The insecure about baldness virgin whimp vs the bald bearded buff viking chad?
just fuckin go bald, a lot of women find it attractive at least in america
you can't fix your genetics
Just got to accept it man. If companies like Rogaine actually had hair-loss bagged and tagged, they'd be goddamn trillionaires.
Male Pattern Baldness is incredibly common everywhere on earth, approximately 60% of men will experience balding of varying degree before 35 according to some bullshit I read.
It's also getting more common, as men in the younger generations seem to be balding more and sooner on average.
Most likely hormones, stress, or genetics.
You can try fix first two, but goodluck handling last
...I know this is not a hairloss forum...
Ending up having more answer thant an average Dota 2 related topic
my bro lost most of his hair already, he is 24. i am not sure what exactly causes it, lack of good sleep might be a reason
You can take cypertone acetate, it's an anti androgen, downside is you get brittle bones, which you can solve with estrogen, nd to prevent breast growth just take raloxifene. Or go bald cause you're a guy. Losing hair isnt that bad!
Sounds random, but brushing your hair can help a bit. And make sure you massage your scalp in the shower.
I was loosing hair when I was in my 20s all was due stress
I didn’t use anything just signed up in the gym started working out and doing long walks in a year all my bold spots started to grow hair again
you can get a hairtransplant in turkey for almost nothing. I know 2 people that did it and it worked. (looked absolutely disgusting for about 2 months though)
Im 20 too and norwood 0,it's genetics
google a bit,you can find forums directly for this
Use herbal oils, eat a balanced diet (foods rich in protein , amino acids and Vit C,D), exercise and follow good sleep timings. Involve in swimming, football, badminton or any other sport of your preference. Better to be fit and have a bit of baldness while taking natural steps to overcome it rather than worry about it and ruin your life.

Ashes

I've lost a bat shit amount of hair. I'm only 20 but there's been a significant loss of hair, at the vertex area of scalp. i tried 5 percent minoxidil for around 4-5 months with little results and all it did was make me itch, so basically, no results there. I know this is not a hairloss forum but I need responses from people, specifically in their early to mid 20s who are combating hairloss.
