In lane, pretty much just lina. Hes one of the strongest 1v1 laners in the game.

well u dont need to "win" lane against sf not dieing to him and denying few creeps before he starts razing waves and jungling is good enuff outcome

As arc player i would say arc is not that great against him. Lina seems best IMO

MK is good if you know how to dodge razes and dive towers

mk is awful vs sf any melee hero sucks vs him ranged ones who have high dmg or spammable nukes do fine vs him like lina ta etc

sf cant do shit if you run him down and the closest raze you can simply dodge, it requires some sort of skill to play mk in this matchup

yea maybe in 3k mmr games in reality ull be spending most of ur time in the jungle cuz u cant lane vs sf or you'll be bringing 2 salves each minute or ull be 100 hp for the rest of the laning phase and the easiest target for ganks

mk might get to get near creeps until lvl 3 maybe until 5 but after that either free kill

puck loses vs sf , viper could win but slightly nerfed on mana cost so u spend a ton on mangoes to "win" lane

I find my arc warden get out last hit by sf though i have kill potential by level 6.

Honestly any hero good against sf. He is trash tier. If u wanna stomp him though use ember.

Ck mid look at some ck mid replays queling u should be able to stay even and kill potential with oov at lvl 3 or 4

Pugna and zues almost never loses with dem nukes

Wr could possibly secure cs plus harass amd dodge razes with windrun plus kill potential is rlly high at lvl 6

Brood u need to be careful with playing micro with them spideys
Micro it with your hero in front and baby spideys hitting sf from the back side

You are asinine if you think Necro does well against SF.
Unless you absolutely destroy him in levels 1 and 2 by hitting every CS and deny, he's going to start killing you easily at lvl 3 with 2 points in raze.
Similar with Pudge. You have to bully him out early, or the lane becomes untenable at level 3, unless you get a hook and kill.

lone druid rapes sf pretty hard

I usually play dk vs sf mid, you dont die but u dont kill him solo either. Then itemize whether he goes for phys or magic build and be a good utility core usually works for me

Any nukes like Zeus, Tinker and QOP important thing contest the rune don't let him takes it and you can easily rekt SF. Sf got low HP pool easy to harass that how you win against him

Yeah its TA, but as a TA player, if you play vs good SF player, you could have hard time. I would also go with Lina, because Lina have longer range than SF, so ypu can harass him. My advice would be - when the game start, go smoke and ward his jungle, when he is on low hp and goes jungle, then try to kill him. Again and again and again, because SF even with deaths can do a quick comeback. It's not just winning him on lane. Good luck.
