General Discussionta vs timber

Not even close to the worst matchup, refraction is high uptime so he can't really do much before hes level 6, and if you are good at connecting psi blades it actually hurts Timber a lot because its pure dmg. From there just go jungle, fuck the tower, if hes stupid enough to not bring a Sentry you can actually kill him if he keeps pushing while you have traps setup, if you have some cancerous magic dmg hero like WD on your team call for help, Timbers dive like idiots its easy to punish them.

It's an awful matchup for timbersaw, with both players being around the same level (and being considerably good) he barely touches creeps untill lvl3 and even afterwards TA has uncontested freefarm.
You can stack in the first few minutes if you want to, untill level 6 timbersaw doesn't have much of wave clear capacity and thus does not threaten your tower (his own tower damage is a joke, obviously).

Outside of laning phase (if they are not laning against each other) timbersaw is okay against TA at all stages of the game, albeit not overwhelmingly good. If TA snowballs, timber suffers a lot and dies quickly to blink jumps followed by massive -armor from meld/early deso, cz by then he doesn't have his own core EHP items.

later its better as u can burst him when he doesnt have stacks up
annoying again once timber starts getting armor items like lotus or shiva or even a halberd

I mean you can just play your game as ta I feel, does timber really out deny you even after the change? I feel like you should be able to just depush and jungle or just jungle and let a teammate who can depush do it.

timber plays fast pace and stops u from abusing jungle

i can see it, im going to ask some other people, cuz if timber is trying to backdoor your wave and cut i dont see why u cant do the same, or smoke into enemy jungle if theyre trying to play around timber. i feel like usually if u just ignore timber for 15-20 minutes he stops being relevant.

Ok so in my head timber loses lane but can still pressure ur mid t1, which makes it harder for ta to farm. So then you have to go farm either in a more dangerous place or you lose access to ancients on radiant, etc.
