Lina game - dmg low for 1 h game. You needed force staff and probably a linken here. Farm is pretty meh.
Sf game - I dunno what happened here but it looks to me like griefing here. Why didint you pick support? Your dmg is very poor, cs the same.
DK game. I have no fckin idea how can you be dying in this game as DK. Where is your quelling blade vs sprout. Where are your items.
Bh game - you have very low gpm and 2x higher cs than bb which leads me to thinking that you played the hero wrong. Probably just casual track kills. Build is ok.
Huskar 0 8 game. You went offlane with Huskar or what is this abomination. Looks like this lose is 100% on you no matter if someone picked second mid after you.

It all looks to me like you expect your team to have an impact to win. You dont lead them. If you get slightly worse team its almost guaranteed lose. Just start watching gameleap Speed guides.

You have to constantly improve everything to grind mmr. Even things you already do properly you have to do faster and better. But the question is: What for ? Is it worth the effort ? Id say no. Even if you reach Divine its still trash bracket.
The only good part in reaching higher brackets is that you dont have much throwers and toxic people. Also smurfs are not that big of a deal anymore. In order to grind just minimize mistakes you do. Just try to play properly and trust me it will be super hard to win for the enemies if you play proper dota. Thats the whole secret.
Also play 1 role, 2-3 picks. You play too many heros !!! If I play Troll and laning goes well I usually can identify with 95% accuracy that the game is already in the bag. Thats the difference when you play a hero you know very well.
People often dont even know that you can use spells in Trolls ultimate and his 25 lvl talent works like Ursa's ultimate with aghanim combined. (just an example)

I just told about 3 heros but ofc you can even go with 2 picks. But with 3 you are more flexible.

I think OP is just a bit bad at this game, you are playing heros which are supposed to be early playmakers so the fact you are failing horribly is on you more than your team. Below I have posted some games which actually warrant a thread like this. Sometimes I wonder if its just worth making a new account. Its hard to win games at a 2-3k level when your team is subpar, its all very well saying well you are the one constant in your games, but it really does require a far higher level of talent to climb at this level, like you would have to play like a divine pretty consistently in order to actually climb imo. I know these are turbo games, but I experienced games yesterday which just felt utterly hopeless with the teams I was dealt, it seems like a running theme with many of my games lately.

A game where my support Rubick hid under the tower for the laning phase, we lost top within the first 3 or 4 waves of the game to a Tidehunter/Undying combo and the game was basically hopelessly lost within the first 5 minutes. I got blamed for this loss because I was the only person smart enough to avoid engaging the other team in favour of securing farm, not that it mattered.

A game where my team was utterly hopeless, with awful picks such as an offlane Phantom Assassin which insisted I go safe lane as Legion Commander. I managed to make good space across the map but my useless teammates collapsed in lane within the first 5 minutes of the game and were completely unable to fight back. I was able to secure some duel damage and decent farm but this game was impossible to win with such a useless midlane/offlane combo.

A game in which I am more to blame than the other games, I stomped my midlane but unfortunately this did not translate to late game success because I made a few errors. Most importantly however, we had no carry because I got matchmade with a fool who decided he wanted to play pos 1 earthshaker, I am not completely against it since I have seen core shaker work a couple times, however instead of building core items such as daedalus he spend 23 minutes building octarine core.
These are just a few examples of the kind of lobbies you get in 2-3k games. Personal skill can only go so far when your teammates are utterly incapable. What makes matters worse is that these people are so bad at this game than you get flamed and reported for playing in a high level way that they dont understand. I have been reported for building Skadi and split pushing on Anti Mage, and for building blade mail on Queen of Pain. Lower behaviour score makes these lobbies even more hopeless than they would be normally, I am just glad that these were all low-stakes turbo games and not ranked, but its these players that deter me from calibrating and trying to climb.

I can easily bitch about my recent teammates in my lost games as well. Even my won games, it's so easy to point out my issues with my teammates. But Kowa already said it. You climb if you can win with shit teams, not just on always getting good teams.
Plus, there are options if you're going to be hard-headed about it, so sure that you're being targeted by Valve and purposely given shit teammates. Party queues exist, for just 10 less MMR gain/loss. Hell you can even 5 man queue. There, congrats, you've eliminated the issue of unreliable teammates. (I remember Kowa also saying something about this the last time also: "they'll just start saying that they keep running into smurfs in 5-man queues, they will always find something to complain abt")

The point being that if you want to play a pos 1 hard carry then there are teams such as these which are practically uncarryable. indeed, specially today i felt this. literally every game i played was odd 1v9 game. specially that lycan game. i never ever felt this alone in my life. 4 premuted pure garbage animal who just unleashed from lp in my team.

What I see is complete mediocrity in these games, 0 reason for you to win these games, nothing that seperates you from these players, just another 50% 2k player that needs to keep their mouth shut, and git gud.

This would possibly be true, but I tend to win the majority of my ranked games since I am better than these players, it does not change the fact that climbing is incredibly slow since not enough seperates me from these players. I know I am not destined to be an Immortal or anything like that, I was Ancient before and thats probably where I belong, however it is a struggle consistently winning games at an Archon level as anything less than a Divine/Immortal player simply because your teammates are so unpredictably poor. When your team completely loses map control within the first few minutes of the game, saying 'well you have no excuse not to be super farmed' simply does not stack up at all. Where am I supposed to farm when my team are so poor that nowhere on the map is safe from the enemy team? These aren't high level lobbies where players capitalise on their advantage and go straight for the throne, if they sense that the enemy carry is missing they will scour the map endlessly in an attempt to find them. I can go smoke and farm the enemy jungle, but the enemy team is also stupid so they will have players that are out of position farming their jungle instead of going for the GG push like they should be at this point. I can try and avoid the enemy team but they rarely group up as a five and look for teamfights, how am I supposed to find space to farm when the enemy team is unpredictabley distributed across the map ready to kill me wherever I decide to farm. This is not a 1/100 game occurrence either, its like a roll of the dice everytime you pick a hard carry in this bracket. I would say because I am usually better than this level it doesnt matter and I will still come out on top, but there are like 1 in 5 games which play out this way which is a far too high number when you are trying to climb.

You start the lane off with 2 salves, no stats, basically have equal CS, and get 1 kill as that dumbass dives a t2 tower lmao. Then you completely stagnate in farm, do literally 0 tower damage, chase irrelevant kills, and just make stupid mistakes all game that get you killed and don't change the state of the game to your advantage in any way, and that is the cherry picked game where you "stomped", and Ancient player would be closer to 20 kills 1-3 deaths, taken tower at 10 min with 20 denies and good cs advantage, and in about 100 games, voila he would actually be Ancient.

Sure, like I said, this game I am to blame but it didnt help that my team picked trash heros. I never play Ember spirit and this was a random whim pick cause I wanted to do some aghs stuff cause I havent done it in ages. I 'cherrypicked' this game as an example of my team picking pointless heros, not as an example of this game where I did insanely well or anything, in fact I think I played like trash for most of this game...
Anyway I have played a few Naga Siren games these past few days, all of which have gone very well, so I am starting to consider pumping out a ranked climb with that hero. Only problem is she is boring...

This only applies to the ember game. The other games there was little I could do because of my team. This also does not address the fact that I get reported for doing 3-4k things in 2k games such as skadi am, blade mail qop etc
