Can also Shift+Enter item whose name you have typed in to add it to the 'to buy' list.

try cltr+shift+(click on item)

To add multiple items to quick buy list.

try ctrl+shft+esc then end task dota 2 and steam after that press win key then shut down pc thank me later 💗
