At one point I asked omni to do something to help me support, so he fortified structures and said next time you ask for help I'll feed the courier.

Good: Variety of heros with overall good wr in your top picks
Bad: Ember spirit/ember. Maybe get rid of bottle/drums on your ember for build choice. Maybe keep the bracer only early game for health up? Maybe max flame guard first to farm mid better unless against a magic mid hero? Just some thoughts!

Ok, bear with me on this one. I don't think there is anything that bad about what you play but I think you have limited picks (SF/Pudge) that your mind won't let you move away from. This is causing an imbalance of mindsets that are required to play other heroes in the vast DotA2 pool.
You need to invest some time to learning and improving on other heroes as SF is a really bad pick these days and gets utterly crushed mid by a lot of the new "meta" heros (Brew, Sky, and Razor). Like I said I am not calling you out over low win rates or KDA's but only playing SF is going to hurt you more in the long run.
