& by the way, in your case, considering you have a huge number of games played, if you were applying for a team i make, I wouldn't rely on any game stats to make a judgement, maybe the basic MMR slightly to first allow you to go for a test game!
When you have that much number of games played, you sure know something about the game but it'snot really possible to judge anything about your skill level by stats.
Considering it's probably your first account with which you started dota (i guess?) you have 2.9 KDA with that much game, you're probably slightly above the average "skilled" player.
That's of course assuming you'renot cheating your stats.

yea I usually see people in the 2-3k range with high KDAs because they take 0 risks and cost their teammates games they could have won

KDA means nothing adding it to any formula is pointless for that reason alone.
There are still people who play to farm KDAs instead of trying to win the game though. Your method would favor these kind of players.
