Void, get shadow blade, and boom, 4-5 seconds of low-strength, high-agility morph that can't escape. And half the times Morph buys crap like linkens no matter what, so that's a wasted 5k+ gold item that Void can ignore.

Zeus and OD are the only carry counters but they are mid heroes

he kinda dominates every other carry since his main weaknesses are shit lanes, silences and stuns. but carries dont seem to have any of those, if they do the rest of their skillset is not good against him- also as a carry u dont really lane against him and he does so much more with freefarm than any other hero (since thats what he gets most of the time anyways)
