Max march to flash farm plus lv1 rearm rearm with max laser & rocket is not good . As a tinker you would need fast items timing to be effective

i like build learned it from studying abed tinker
going 4-4-0-1 is risky, if you have a rough start you won't catch up
I am not a huge tinker player but all decent ones I have seen go for march, not only you can farm jungle after clearing mid but you can also catch up if things were bad in lane
And 1 point in laser is fine for the Blind, you don't want it maxed before Rockets or March, as far as I know the optimal maxing order is March > Rockets > Laser > Rearm

get 2 points in laser and missle, then max march. get rearm at level 6 when u can if you're going soul ring.
seems like the safest build afaik.
get laser at lvl 1,then max march first,then rocket,but get rearm at lvl 6,you need march to farm your lane and neutrals,dont forget to buy soul ring,I dont think its good to get 2-3 points in laser early cuz I only use laser for the enemy mid laner to miss some cs

It's pretty flexible early, but you don't need rearm at 6 unless u have the fastest travels timing ever
The general trend is maxing March then missiles then laser
However ur early points before rearm can be put wherever u need them
For example, against a ta, you would probably go 2-1-3
Against sf tho you might go 2-2-2
Im not a huge tinker player but its super flexible
