You need walk through the gate of kunlun, then the server ping will be under 30
There is a restrction set on china, same as chinese to US player. When people from China trying to connect to US, they will fail load immediately, same as US player trying to que for china. Even Taiwan, which has the same language to china and literally next to it doesn't have access to China, but have access to US. I'm not sure whether they fix it now, but i was in Taiwan 6 years ago, and I que mostly sea cuz China aint an option
U just right click on dota go in settings launch options type -perfectworld and u can access Chinese servers. Just search Google many players have posted.But pings r usually very high if ur not a local

on console type -perfectworld and enter game and you have to register chinese phone number to access
