It doesnt matter if you are good you will reach VHS when you create new account, for example what if you have a noob little brother? Lets say he makes new account your smurf detection thinks its you and gives your brother VHS, he wont be able to maintain it and will drop back to normal very fast.
So if you are good you get VHS if you are not you dont and nothing will prevent you reach it, unless you are not as good as you think... :>

thats not correct at all, calibrating at 4k a completely new player its a disaster he need to play a shit tons of games to drop to his skill level
But you play a hundred normal games before calibrating.

If thats true then to calibrate VHS and maintain it you just need 1 pr0 guy to play 3 games from his PC and then hand over the account and you are good to go, it would be too easy and you could print money selling ancient/divine accounts...

i know a guy who sold 5 4k acc for 20-30 $ jsut before max calibration changed to 3.5k. he said he was selling those for cheap since he calibrated always to 4k+ but he did not like playing in that bracket itself " to tryhard for me " he said.
Maybe not ip tracking but it definitely knows the mmr of players on a computer.
Probably just stores a local file somewhere. No idea what it does for computers in Internet cafes.
