The damage is dealt not after it's duration ends, but duration ends + when u become vulnerable again
So in this case after eul u die as usual :D
If the target is invulnerable as False Promise expires, the delayed heal and damage wait for it to become vulnerable again.

So, this thought hit me. I take plenty of damage under the effect of false promise. Damage Taken>Total Hp. I should be dead at the end of the duration of false promise. So, if I Eul myself, and the duration of False promise ends while I'm under the effect of Eul, technically, I should be able to live, since while Euled you're Invulnerable to damage of all types? I'm guessing not since that would make the item completely broken.
