Huskar would rape ta,she cant even come near creeps,just get an early boot and kill her.at 3k no one can take hard advantage of psi blades.so unless u play against miracle ur berry fine in husk vs ta
i got a 6k friend who uses 3k smurf on huskar,safelane mostly but if you vs ta or storm just go mid
in a mid lane snooper & clinkz is pain for huskar, and as u said wr and viper. But honestly consider that Huskar is all about timing and armlet: therefore safelane is better suited to the hero (unless he is heavily countered by some enemy heros, and therefore should not be picked in game AT ALL)
Not even considering Huskar being an offlaner? Beat the crap out of safe laners and ruin their farm. Easy kills too if you got a partner with a stun.

what would you spam rather mid huskar with some late potential carry or safe lane huskar. I know i can climb mmr pretty fast with both approaches but at 3k you can't ask your team to pick some early aggression orientated pick and that's the problem often.
What is common huskar mid build and which heroes stomp him hard mid( i know that probably viper, wr, ta is good against husk). Thanks
