I'm 16, but I feel like I'm as mature as any adult, plus I have over 400 wins. Can I still join? Honestly, my last 15 games have been with non-English speakers in MM and IXDL has been too stressful because of all the elitests, even though I play fine, I am terrified of being yelled at and having a reduced rating.

Well I don't fit the 300 +wins yet because I haven't been playing much recently but I am a really solid player who can take almost every role. Recently have been getting solo ques with the worst of the Russians and Brazilians and I just can't stand it anymore. So if I could submit an application that'd be nice.

How is this different from NAdota? Teamspeak 3 and working mic? you know most people don't talk right on mics nowadays on dota 2? I would join but there isn't an incentive like NAdota open league with a chance to play IXDL. I find the open league already SUPER competitive and great already.
Instead of teamspeak why not use ingame VOip? or vent? or raidcall? Also have anti-smurfing rules like NAdota? or minium winrate say above 48% etc....

Your requirements are too LOW. Should have strict ones like:
"4+ wards per game as support on average"
"more than 50% winrate"
"more than 100 LH or 5 denies per game as non-support"
"Solo MMR higher than 3000"
"Team MMR higher than 3500"
"Acount older than 12 months or 500+ games"
etc...
Or ask for pubstats.me page. Profile must be public etc..

ESP was responsible for hosting CIC7:ME - The Crossfire Intel Challenge 7: Malaysian Edition, ESPGL and many other LAN tourneys. This gave the South East Asian gaming community a place to expand, allowing teams throughout the region to grow and benefit from what we offered.
Our love to compete and strive lead us to League of Legends. Our LoL division was lead by Nihli & Malaysia Guinsoona to form 2 competitive teams aimed towards WCG 2011. To say it was easy, would be the biggest lie as both teams had to completely pick up a new game that already has its own veterans like Orange-Esports, Singapore Sentinels, Etc. The amount of effort and time put in finally paid off when ESP started performing well in ESL & IEM, and finally beating the top-teams in SEA, placing 1st in the WCG Regionals 2011.
