He can fit a lot of roles. 3-4 works best imho. He needs that one initiation piece or he doesn't do too well imho.

3-4 is good, 2 is pushing it a bit too much/pubstomping. I make him work as 5 if the enemy team has Weaver, AM or other such hero with an easy to steal high mobility spell.
Really depends, you wouldn't be building a team around Rubick anyways. IMO, boils down to which hero can benefit from the extra gold -> items. For example, I would much rather have a blink on the Enigma than the Rubick. At the same time, I'd probably be more inclined to play Rubick at the 4 if I'm working with another support like CM, Veno etc (ones that don't really need items).
Don't be too fixated on the roles sometimes, if you get first blood gold as the 4, you could really help the team out with a quick crow or early dust/sents for an invisible enemy hero.
Well for us my team captain wants us to play very versatile heros which rubick can be so i guess he is common 4?or it canbe layed 4 or 5? In that case what about abbadon is he secondary or hard?
Rubick most useless hero in 80% dota matches.Fucking trash hero,hate him useless shit.Can be good just if player is pro and play vs big strong ulties like Enigma or smth,otherwise shit trash hero most uselesss shit.
