the hero is just as strong, the only nerf was adding 10s more when it comes to rearming your stone charges.
Hell I see it as I get to use one less stone when engaging kick+pull+roll all with the same stone
I think ES will remain very strong, but require more experience to use him well, and he wont be quite as strong at level 3.
Just a guess though.
oh god people like atum makes me sick. most played - NP, ES, DP and 3 typical mid heroes ( surprised there is no pudge there)

besides, 61 games on the top played hero out of 800+ really isn't that bad.
Pretty much, easy hero to use when starting a new account, or when solo pubing and not wanting to try to engage in teamwork.
At least ES takes more skill than the average hero to play well.
He sucks balls. Reasons:
1. His combo is harder. Since you can't just pull the rock and jump into them and kick them back into your teams, you have to aim your roll to hit them, which means no more herpy derp combo. You can also kick a rock to stun them, then drop another rock to roll into them, but you're wasting precious rocks.
2. Since his rocks have a higher cooldown, you cannot use magnetize to its full potential most of the time. You'll never have rocks for it.
3. Since they made his pull the damage-dealing one, you cannot flash farm as easy since it doesn't do damage unless you expend a rock (which you're in desperate need of).
4. If you're out of rocks, you can't stop TPs by pulling teammates or creeps.
He doesnt suck balls he is just normal now so people can stop crying for OP heroes. And if you think you have seen OP heroes in dota try to search one hero which was in dota 1 named Conjurer and stop making threads about OP heroes because I believe in 2-3 days people will start whinning for Phoinix and TB

Yes Concede.. its actually a dumb thing to do in a team game.. i meen, engaging in teamwork.. i meen whats the point right? I must be mad to actually try and help the team by engaging in teamplay stuff when i could be wining every single game alone...

Well... When starting a new account you will meet up with many new and inexperienced players on both teams. I am sure you have been told "just go mid and stomp". Mid stomping in many ways is also lacking in team work, in the sense that you are winning the game on your own.
Furion can do the same thing on new accounts. I was at an 80% win rate for my first 50-70 games with him i believe... i'm not sure to be honest. Point is, I'm not that great of a mid player, but I can play furion pretty decently. Furion isn't hard, but if you have a decent understanding of Dota, you can use him to take advantage of your opponents inexperience particularly well.
And if the team is making bad picks or laning particularly badly, furion allows you to ignore all that, and jungle. Help counter gank at level 4... then farm like a boss. That said, it was easier before midas and SB nerf.
does this mean i can go mid with sf and not worry if the other team picks es

ES gods, please enlighten me how to play him now, as going mid and killing everyone from level 3 doesnt seem possible anymore.
