Sange is only really good if you have plans to upgrade it later. Like on razor, sniper, naix, jug, doom. All those guys benefit from s&y or halberd.

drums is mainly bcs of mana and mov/att speed not hp

Drums is kinda to buff everything. HP, Mana, attack and movespeed. Saying drums hp buff isn't one of the "main" part of buying it is retarded.
