What if enemy team has pos5/4 SK who caustics finale your creep army and spams "????" in allchat? 
Hmm pretty sure u get holy persuasion at lvl 1 since it provides save for ur offlaner and u cant get a large creep by the time the second creep wave spawns. Also blight stone is a better first item so u can upgrade to medallion earlier.

How to play Chen made easy
Steps:
1 - Pick Chen
2 - Buy Courier, oov, 1 set of Tango, 1 Clarity and 1 Ward (540 gold in total)
3 - Go offlane with someone
4 - Skill Penitence and spam it like there's no tomorrow whilst right clicking the enemy carry
5 - You maybe lvl. 2 now so you wanna get that Holy Persuasion and get a big creep for more harass
6 - 5 minute mark siege creep will spawn be sure to have lvl 2 on your Holy Persuasion (might as well have Blight stone by 5 minute)
7 - Use Holy Persuasion on the enemy siege cos you're about to be pushing
8 - Get your items now you have gold buy Magic Wand, Arcane Boots & Medallion Of Courage
9 - Push with your team yell at them
10 - Take Roshan if needed
Item Upgrades:
Solar Crest, Glimmer Cape/Force Staff & Mekansm (Could also buy Drums of Endurance if you have none in your team)
Tips:
Always mind the 5 minute mark since that's when siege creep will spawn and that's your power spike for pushing
Stay Back you're squishy and you have global ultimate and long cast range spells
If you suck at microing limit your creeps to at least 2
(I ain't chen player but this works for me)
