Change all hotkeys, just add alt+ the previous hotkey you had. The more complex the hotkey, the better your game style, that's why all the pros do it
Just be intentional about it. Make sure that every time you play, you know something you didnt know before. This can be through your own methods, like googling the average bounty for creeps as the game progresses, or by observing others. Watch streamers like d2bowie, bsj, henry, etc. Over time, if you pay attention, youll pick things up.
