Arc has >50% WR in high level pubs.
That is better than heroes like ember, SF, DP, medusa, sniper, lina, viper etc - almost exclusively mid heroes. Actually from typical mid heroes there are only few above winrate of Arc - cancers like Zeus, Visage, Brood and Meepo. Those are only mid heroes who are above AW. OD has 40%, so no reason to really mention.
Same level are Storm, Invo, WR, TA.
Hi im a arc warden picker and i can tell you its a very risky pick and vulnerable to ganks, its a high risk high return hero if you are not countered(e.g pl) (from a near 7k player)
