it means you're under the mmr range of that medal. Check your STAT's screen, and look at your mmr, if your mmr isn't within the range of your medal, your medal won't show a %
eg. Ancient 1 is approximately 4250, IF you achieve this, then drop down to 4k.. You'll be Ancient 1 with 0% (playing in Legend 4-5 bracket) in order to see that % increase, you'll have to win 10 games in a row, back to 4250 then if you win annother one, you'll be ancient 1 - 11%ish.
ohh ok it's make sense now, I was losing 3 game, and just winning 1 game. I need winning 3 game to make it 4>3 to make the progression coming back.

Yesterday I was opening my calibration, then its pop up to 86%. The next game I played, I won, and got new rank of legend medal, (Legend [3]) , and the percentage become 2%.
I play another game, this time I lose the game, and now progression % is suddenly gone. I though its bugged or lag maybe, so I relog, but its still no interface. I also played in the next day, still no % medal progression, even I've win a game this time, still no medal progression.
Is this happen because I got minus % progression so the UI is not occur? or its just bugged or what?
Anyone having this issue?
