Try to watch some pro games, you can learn alot buy just looking at the game, picks, and analysis by casters. Maybe there will even be a noob stream this TI. Don't worry about not improving, Dota has a steep learning curve and you will get better the more you play.
^False, to improve at dota you just cant spam matches and hoping something will hapen, you have to set yourself goals and work on them, drafting, warding lasthitting, teamfighting, counting enemy heroes skills and powercreeps, learn aspect by aspect you cant focus on all at once.
Some people play 1k+ games on autopilot and they are not improving in any aspect.
